Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Teal Life Style. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
 
1. Return Conditions
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
 
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
  • Items on clearance or final sale.
  • Products that show signs of use, wear and tear, or damage not caused by us.
  • Items missing original accessories or packaging.
 
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at 0309-4488332 so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card/Bank Account).
  • The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account depends on your card issuer’s policies (usually 7-10 working days).
 
5. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Government tax and Shipping costs are non-refundable.
